We offer a four course evening meal with wine for €18pp.  It is advisable to book in advance of your arrival, which allows me time to prepare.  Most of the produce comes from our local farmer as well as the fresh free range eggs.


We have a friend who lives nearby who is an apiculturist and therefore all of our honey and goats cheese comes from her farm.


When booking your evening meal, just let me know what you don't like to eat and I will prepare a heart warming meal, which will be served either in our large dining room or during the summertime under our gazebo to the front of our property.


I will prepare the same course for everybody and dinner is served at 19.30h.    Please note that I do not cook on a Friday or Saturday night.


An example of dishes that I cook are as follows:-


Entree: warm goats cheese salad, deep fried camembert with sweet chilli jam, mushroom and bacon nests in a creamy garlic sauce, rochefort cheese souffles, homemade mackerel pate with red onion salad, deep fried garlic mushrooms.


Main course: Beef Bourguignon, Pork Normande (pork cooked with apples and cider), Pork Paupiettes, Chicken, Mushroom and Bacon pie with creamy mushroom sauce, Luxury Fish Pie.  All served with fresh vegetables and either gratin dauphinois, potato Boulangere, Tartiflette or saute potatoes.


Dessert:  Creme Brulee, Homemade crepes filled with seasonal fruit and ice cream, Ile Flottante, Panna Cotta with season fruit, Chocolate Tirimasu.

On vous offre un repas du soir a €18pp pour quatre plats.  J'achete presque toute les produits fraiche d'agriculteur ainsi que les oeufs.


J'ai un ami qui habite dans le coin, elle est apiculteur donc j'achete le miel et fromage du chevre d'elle.


Quand vous commandez un repas du soir, pouvez vous me dire ce que vous ne mangez pas.  Le repas du soir sera servir dans la salle a manger ou dehors sous l'abri pendant l'ete.


Je preparerai le meme repas pour toute le monde et ca commence a 19.30h.    Je ne cuisine pas le vendredi et samedi soir.

Entrees: salade chaude fromage du chevre; morceaux des chaude fromages du camembert avec confiture du piment doux; pain farci avec un sauce de champignons, lardons et ail; souffles des rochefort; pate du mackerel avec une salade de onignon rouge; champignons fritees avec ail.

Plats Principale: Boeuf Bourguinon; Porc Normande; Porc Paupiettes; Torte aux champignons, lardons et poulet avec une sauce de champignons et vin; Torte aux poissons etc.

Dessert: creme brulee, Ile Flottant, Chocolate Tiramisu; Crepes avec des fruits et glaces; panna cotta.
